Business Development Specialist

Your missions: Directly reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will be the Business Development Specialist in charge of: -New business development in demanding markets (energy, nuclear, Big Sciences, hydrogen, life sciences and industrial) within the UK perimeter. -As an itinerant, you will be responsible for managing the client portfolio and developing growth within the United Kingdom perimeter. As such, your main activities will consist of: – Follow and retain regular customers to gather information on the value creation of the proposed solutions. – Develop existing customers with high growth potential by looking for new opportunities. – Enrich the customer portfolio through prospecting. – Create a long-lasting relationship with each customer. – Interface with the various technical teams and the sales department. – Collect and share the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and the Market (VOM). – You are responsible for technology monitoring and market needs to guide and monitor commercial actions.

Your profile: You have a significant experience in the field of sales of technical products with a strong mechanical focus (minimum 7 years), ideally acquired in the industrial and nuclear sector. Your mastery of the commercial approach and your dynamism, combined with your negotiating skills and your tenacity, have enabled you to create and materialize new business opportunities and to develop your skills as close as possible to the field.

You are autonomous in the management of your sector and you know how to optimize your work organization. You know how to connect with your colleagues, share information and participate in team dynamics. As a plus, you have some experience on the hydrogen market.
